OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Ford Dealers Sooner Athletic Conference indoor track & field athletes of the week for 2022-23 were announced which includes Langston’s Chasity Veals (women’s field athlete of the week).
Women’s field athlete of the week: Chasity Veals | Jr. | Richardson, Texas
Chasity Veals outdistanced the competition in the triple jump in the First Chance Qualifier with a leap of 39 feet, ½ inch. Veals’ mark ranks as the fourth best in the NAIA for 2022-23, putting her on the A standard list for the NAIA Indoor Championships.
